Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe
Fried rice is a popular street food in Asia. In some Asian
countries, there are some small restaurants, street vendors and travelling
hawkers that specialized on serving fried rice. Whenever we order an indo Chinese menu then vegetable fried rice is always there, along with fried rice
we usually order different indo Chinese vegetables recipe or snacks.

- Cooked rice-3 cups
- Onion-1(chopped)
- Carrot -1 (cut into fine long thin strips)
- Capsicum - 1 (chopped)
- Beans - chopped (1/2 cup)
- Green Chilly-(chopped)
- Spring Onion-chopped(1/4 cup)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 (as required)
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Jeera-1/2 tsp.
- Red chilly powder-1 tsp.
- Ginger - 1" long piece (grated)
- Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
- Chilly Sauce-2 tsp.
- Vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Schewan Sauce-1 tbsp.
- Oregano-1 tsp.
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp. of oil mentioned in a pan, add cumin, when they begin to splutter add green chilly and ginger fry till it begins to smell good.
- Add onions and fry until they turn pink .
- Add carrot, capsicum,beans,spring onion in the pan and cover it in 1 minute. After one minute stir the ingredients continuously as they get cooked.
- Now add boiled rice, salt,red chilly powder, soya sauce, vinegar, chilly sauce,schewan sauce,oregano and black pepper. Mix all the contents in the pan as you stir them constantly for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
- Veg Fried Rice is ready. Take out fried rice in a bowl. Garnish with spring onion, And serve hot.
