Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Veg sandwiches are no longer just seen in health food zones
and vegetarian food counters, they're everywhere. Below is the recipe of veg
sandwich, it takes 20 minutes to prepare is good for health and kids will love
it:
Ingredients:
1.
4-6 slices of white or brown bread or whole
wheat bread or sandwich bread.

1 small capsicum thinly sliced

1 small carrot thinly sliced
5.
100 gm chopped cabbage
6.
Butter as required
7.
1 green chili, chopped in small pieces
8.
5 gram grated ginger.
9.
50 gram grated paneer.
10.
2 cheese cubes, grated.

1 spoon soya sauce.
13.
3-4 table spoon tomato ketchup.
14.
Pinch of cumin seeds(Jeera)
15.
1 tea spoon corn flour
Method:.
1.
Heat a pan and then add 1.5 tablespoons oil.
2.
When the oil becomes hot, reduce the flame to a
low. Then add ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds, ½ finely chopped green chili, and then
add grated ginger.
3. Add chopped onions, carrot, cabbage and capsicum
and cover with a lid and cook for 3 to 4 mins on a low flame.
4.
Remove the lid, stir the vegetable.
5.
Sprinkle salt as required. Stir well.
6.
Add the grated paneer cover with a lid and cook
for 2 to 3 mins on a low flame.
7.
Take 1 spoon corn flour and add 1 teaspoon soya
sauce, 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup mix well and put it in pan and mix well .
8. Stir well. After 1 to 2 mins switch off the
flame.
9.
Take 2 slice of bread and spread the vegetable mixture
on bread.
10.
Add tomato ketchup as per taste.
11.
Put thin round sliced onion and grated cheese.
12.
Heat the pan and bake the bread sandwich with
butter.
13.
Then serve with chutney.
