sandwich, it takes 10 minutes to prepare is good for health and kids will love
it:
Ingredients for veg malai sandwich for serving 2 people.
1.
4-6 slices of white or brown bread or whole wheat
bread or sandwich bread.

100 gram fresh malai (clotted cream of milk)
4.
½ tomato fine chopped
5.
Butter as required
6.
1 green chili, chopped in small pieces
7.
Coriander leaves chopped
8. Salt
as required.
9. ¼
teaspoon black pepper
Method for preparing Malai sandwich.
- Take malai in a large bowl mix it properly so that it becomes smooth.
- Add onion, tomato, chili and coriander leaves.
- Mix well and add pepper and salt according to your taste.
- Take 2 slices of bread spread this mixture on the bread and cover it.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread Place it in sandwich maker. In five minutes the sandwiches are ready to serve with any chutneys or ketchup.
