Aloo is a very easy and simple recipe.It is a very easy to cook dish as very
few spices are needed to make this delicious curry.
Dahi ke aloo can be served with roti, paratha, and poori.If

Ingredients

Onion-1(chopped)

Curd-1/2
cup

Mustered
oil-2 tablespoon
·
cumin
seeds-1 tsp.
· Green Chilly-1(chopped)
· Asafoetida(Hing)-1/4 tsp.
· Coriander Leaves-Chopped
· Salt- As required
·
Turmeric
Powder-1 tsp.
·
Garam
Masala-1 tsp.
·
Dry
Red Chilly-1
·
Curry
Leaves-5-6
Method:
·
Turn on the flame and heat the pan or folk. Add
oil and let it heat properly.
·
Add cumin seeds, red chilly, green
chilly(chopped),curry leaves and fry it for few seconds.
·
Add chopped onion and fry it for 2-3 minutes on
medium flame.
·
Add Turmeric powder, potato and salt fry it and
cover it for 5 minute on low flame.
·
After 5-6 minute when potato will be cooked, Add
garam masala and mix it.Check if whether the potatoes are cooked or not,if not
then cook it for more 2-3 minutes.
·
Add curd ,mix well properly.
·
Add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
Mix it before serving.
·
Dahi Aloo is ready.Serve hot.
