Potato Pancake

                      Potato Pancake Potato pancake are made with eggs. Here is the egg less version of the potato pancake. Good for breakfast or a snack or lunch or dinner, potato pancake is a great at all times dish. The ingredients are few and the method is simple. So here we go and make some eggless potato pancakes. French fry French fries are served hot, either soft or crispy, and are generally eaten as part of lunch or dinner or by themselves as a snack, and they commonly appear on the menus of fast food restaurants. Fries in America are generally salted and are often served with ketchup; in many countries they are topped instead with other condiments or toppings, including vinegar, mayonnaise, or other local specialities .  Ingredients 1.       Medium size potato-2-3 2.       Salt-as required 3.       Black pepper-1/4 tsp. 4.       Chat masala-1/4 tsp. 5.       Oil-for frying 6.      cold water How to prepare it. 1.      Peel and rinse the potatoes. Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 or 5 pieces, and then cut each piece into sticks.       2.      Place the fries in a large bowl. Cover with cold water, and then allow them to soak 15-20 minute. 3.      Drain them out from water in a colander. 4.      Take some water in a vessel and turn on the fl
