Kesar(Saffron) Kulfi

Kesar(saffron) Kulfi is one of the most loved summer dessert from indian cuisine and is also
popular in the neighboring countries.This homemade kulfi recipe is sure to
please your palate.Traditional method of preparing kulfi needs a lot of
patience and time. I completely agree that nothing can beat the taste of kulfi
prepared using traditional method, but this one is a good replacement and I am sure
you will love the creamy and rich texture of this kulfi too.Here is how to make
best kulfi recipe at home.
- 200 gm milk
- 100 gm sugar or to taste
- Bread(brown or white)-1 slice
- Keshew and almond-5-6(chopped)
- Saffron(kesar)-1/2 tsp.
- Elaichi/cardamom powder-¼ teaspoon
Method:

Take
the saffron milk and add some milk into a deep wide bowl.Mix well properly.

Now
add elaichi powder,sugar and mix gently by a spoon in low flame for 5-6 min.

Pour
the mixture into kulfi moulds or kulhar. And add choppeddry fruits. Cover it
tightly . Keep it in the freezer section of refrigerator to set for 8 hours or
