Mango
frooti is kids favourite recipe.I love
frooti, slice, maaza and all such mango drinks and my son loves it too. So when
I made this frooti at home, he was soo happy.Homemade mango frooti tastes so
close to the original .I wanted to try this mango frooti recipe before mango
season ends and here it is.
Homemade
mango frooti is the best summer drink rather than drinking those aerated drinks
which are unhealthy to our body. My kid loves it, something healthy and
homemade which keeps them away from store bought sugar drinks. When summer is
at its peak enjoy this drink that will keep you hydrated and save you from the
heat.
Ingredients:

Raw
mango-1(small)

Sugar-1/2
bowl(100 gm)
·
Water-3
glass
Method:
·
Peel
the skin of mangoes and cut the pulp of mangoes into small pieces and discard
the seeds.

Put
the chopped mangoes in pressure cooker with 1 glass of water. Close the lid and
cook for 2- 3 whistles.
·
Make
the cooked mangoes slightly cool before grinding.
·
Take
a grinder and add cooked mangoes and grind it into a smooth puree. Strain and
discard the fiber part.
·
Take
1 glass water in a pan ,add sugar to it.Boil until it forms a sticky syrup.Switch
off and cool down.

Transfer
the puree mixing bowl.Now add the sugar syrup make sure its cooled down completely.

Adjust
water as per the desired consistency.
·
Put
it in a refrigerator for 2 hrs to make them cool.
·
Mango
frooti is ready to serve.
·
Serve
chill with some ice cubes.
