Diet Chilly Mushroom Recipe

Indian Chinese recipe,And you can prepare this recipe by using only 2 spoon oil.Today everyone wants to eat
diet food which is healthy and tasty too,So
I have prepared this recipe for those who are heath conscious and wanted tasty
food.Diet chilly mushroom is very tasty dish and This recipe is pretty simple
to make and you can serve this recipe with chapatis.Chilly mushroom is pure
comfort food and I am sure you are going to love this Indian Chinese mushroom
starter. It has many flavors and textures bursting in each bite, making it an
addictive mushroom appetiser.
I have learned this recipe
from my elder sister who cooks excellent food .
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 250 gms, cleaned, washed and drained
Onions - 3,(2 chopped widely,1small chopped)
Green capsicum - 2, medium, (cut into bite sized pieces)
Garlic – 6-7 cloves(grated)
Ginger - 1/2", minced(grated)
Green Chilly-2-3 (sliced)
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp.
Oregano-1 tsp.
Salt –To Taste
Tomato sauce - 1 1/2 tbsps
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
Oil - 2 tbsp.
Method:
· Make smooth paste of tomato using blender or grinder.
· Now in the same kadai or pan some oil is remaining ,add tomato puree and saute ,cook till all the moisture evaporates and oil starts to ooze out from the sides.Remove it to a bowl and keep it aside.
· Now in the same kadai add 1 tbsp. of oil and grated ginger garlic, green chilli ,mix well and add chopped onion and saute well for 1 min.

After 5 minute open
the lid and add fried mushrooms and mix well properly.
· Add cooked tomato,salt,oregano and toss for a minute on medium flame.
· After 1 minute add soy sauce,tomato sauce and mix well properly then turn off the gas.
· Remove to a serving plate and garnish with spring onion greens. Serve hot as a starter or with chapatis or rice.
