        Healthy Curd Sandwich Recipe

Curd sandwich is a very easy and simple veg.sandwich filled with a spiced veggie curd filling. This is a perfect snack with morning or evening tea or served as an appetizer and easy to prepare. These sandwiches are favorite at home and I usually pair them with the morning chai as a snack.










To make curd sandwich ,I have used white bread . You can use whole wheat, brown, or multi grain bread.

Ingredients:


  • Bread slices-8-10
  • Capsicum-2 tbsp.(chopped)
  • Onion-1(small)chopped
  • Tomato-1(small)chopped
  • Cucumber-2 tbsp.(chopped)
  • Jeera powder-1tsp.
  • Pepper Powder-1/2tsp.
  • Green Chilly-1(chopped)
  • Paneer-2 tbsp.(grated)
  • Curd-3 tbsp.
  • Oregano-1/2 tsp.
  • Salt-ToTaste
  • Butter-2Tbsp.(to toast)

·        Method:
·         In a bowl, add hung curd and all the chopped vegetables, salt, pepper powder ,paneer, finely chopped green chillies,oregano and mix well. Our curd sandwich spread is ready.









·        Take any bread and cut the edges of them.



·        Spread it on one side of the bread. Cover it with the other bread and press it well.




·        Slightly apply ghee or butter on the outside of the bread. Heat a tawa and toast both the sides of the sandwich.



·        Cut diagonally and enjoy it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
